Grading Underway for Two New Pardee Homes' Neighborhoods in Sorrento Valley
Grading is underway in Sorrento Mesa for two new home neighborhoods by Pardee Homes. The two developments will bring 184 new homes to the area, located above Sorrento Valley and will include both single-family detached homes and townhomes.
SAN DIEGO, CA, January 28, 2012 /Real Estate PR News/ -- Grading is underway in Sorrento Mesa for two new home neighborhoods—Sorrento Heights and Sorrento Terrace, both by Pardee Homes. Model construction for both neighborhoods is expected to begin in March with Sorrento Heights scheduled to open in late spring and Sorrento Terrace to open this summer.
