After spending two years in a real estate office in administrative positions, Ms. Brychta became a licensed real estate sales agent in 1978. By 1983, she had become a salesperson capable of generating multimillion dollar revenue; she has done so annually since. She became a licensed broker in 1985 and opened her own agency, Carol Brychta & Company Real Estate, Inc in 1996. Today, Ms. Brychta specializes in listing and selling second home properties and manages the business with her son and daughter. She enjoys working with new and former clients and has an excellent referral base because of a reputation of service that goes above and beyond what is expected, an excellent working relationship with other professionals in the industry and integrity above all else.
Ms. Brychta is a member of the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce, the Bridgman Area Chamber, the Lakeside Association, one of the founding members of the Harbert Business Association and a member of the board of directors for Help for Southwest Michigan. She attributes her success to her follow through, attention to detail, honest advice and a sincere desire to help others. In the years to come she intends to continue growing her business. When she is not working, Ms. Brychta enjoys volunteer work, community service, is an avid reader and a supporter of Special Olympics
