Sandra Smith Walters Named Professional of the Year in Real Estate & Property Management
Ms. Walters has devoted the past 20 years of her professional life to the real estate industry
GAUTIER, MS, June 16, 2011 /Real Estate PR News/ -- Sandra Smith Walters, President and Owner of Magnolia Enterprises, LLC, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Real Estate & Property Management. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.
An expert in public relations and property management, Sandra Smith Walters owns and presides over Magnolia Enterprises, LLC, a real estate investment firm. As proprietress, she oversees daily business operations, including accounting and financial workings for real estate properties. Additionally, she initiates and participates in litigation with clients and contractors, and meets with prospective clients. She focuses her work on residential and commercial properties.
Since 1989, Ms. Walters has assumed numerous roles within the real estate industry. Prior to attaining ownership of Magnolia Enterprises, LLC, she worked for AT&T for seven and a half years. Outside her work with Magnolia, she owns and manages Ante Bellum Manor, a condominium complex comprised of six buildings and 77 one- and two-bedroom units.
Ms. Walters completed coursework in business at Louisiana State University. Currently, she is a licensed realtor in the states of Virginia and Texas. She expects to continue working in the real estate field for the next several years.
