As CEO of Prime Development Sites, as well as throughout his brilliant 40 year professional career, Mr. Mudge has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Phil has extensive hands on experience in all aspects of property investment and development. He is a qualified town planner, urban designer, surveyor, licensed real estate agent, and strata manager. Mr. Mudge also has the invaluable experience as a Deputy/Acting Mayor/Councillor of the Manly Council of New South Wales, serving on a number of committees. He is interested in forming joint ventures/syndicates to carry out property development projects.
During his collegiate career, Phil earned a Graduate Diploma in Planning, Town Planning, and Urban Design from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is currently working towards his Diploma in Financial Services with RG-146 Training Australia. Mr. Mudge is a member of the Membership Planning Institute of Australia.
