Steven Stapleton Leads his Team at Mortgage Services lll, LLC to Great Success
WARRENVILLE, IL, December 9, 2011 /Real Estate PR News/ -- Steven E. Stapleton, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Services III, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in mortgage services.
Mr. Stapleton has 20 years of experience in his field, and for the last two years has served as senior vice president for Mortgage Services III, LLC. As an expert in leadership and recruitment, he has been responsible for managing the retail division of the company, which accounts for 15 percent of the company's $5 billion in annual revenue. He also oversees a sales force of 60 and an operations unit of 15 that helps support retail endeavors. In addition, he assists the sales group in giving presentations to clients, works with investors on residential lending and helps facilitate loans. Furthermore, he works with his fellow executives on continuing the company's mission and expanding the retail division, both locally and nationally.
Mr. Stapleton entered the mortgage industry as an originator and quickly became the company's number one producer. After five years, he was promoted to vice president of production and developed his team into the company's largest production unit. He attributes his success to his commitment, conviction and hard work, and became involved in his profession because he was an Economics major. Also, he recognized the potential and opportunity for professional growth that the industry had to offer.
Mr. Stapleton has taken college coursework in various fields of study, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He also holds membership to the National Association of Home Builders, Mortgage Brokers Association and Mortgage Bankers Association. In fact, in his second year with the organization, Mr. Stapleton was selected by the Mortgage Bankers Association as one of 40 people to receive additional leadership training. In the future, he intends to maintain his current position, and grow his division by 10 to15 percent per year. Mr. Stapleton plans to transform his company from a regional lender to a more recognized national retail lender.
