Her areas of expertise include short sales, foreclosures, investment properties, property maintenance, commercial, residential leasing and rentals. She also offers credit repair programs, first time home buyers' seminars, first time investor, and agent training programs, as well as assisting home owners with loan modifications, deed in lieu of foreclosure, and short sales.
