As a Mortgage Professor and Owner of Mortgages Are Marvelous, Inc., as well as throughout his brilliant career, Mr. McDowell has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Mortgages Are Marvelous, Inc. is a company that helps clients find mortgages for commercial and residential properties. They also provide education to clients on mortgages and financing. Mr. McDowell is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
In addition to running the company, Phil also serves as an instructor at Mount Royal University for the Mortgage Associate's Program. He has also served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Director of Membership, and Chair of the Consumer Awareness Program with the Alberta Mortgage Brokers' Association. He currently serves as Director-Interprovincial Liaison for the association. Mr. McDowell is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.
