Mr. Shah specializes in commercial and residential real estate. He is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Nikunj has 8 years of experience in commercial investments and real estate. He serves as a staunch advocate on his client's behalf at the negotiating table. Nikunj provides exceptional consultation on appropriate mortgage terms and tax benefits. Nikunj also worked as a District Manager with a fast food chain for several years and was able to manage a multi-million dollar portfolio. In addition, Mr. Shah owned and operated Subway Restaurants in Southern New Jersey. The business skills needed for Nikunj to be successful in these endeavors, combined with his passion for helping others, made real estate the perfect transition in his career. He also currently owns his own consulting company called Tulsi Consultancy where he helps other businesses with income tax preparation, restaurant and operations management consulting, financial and business analysis consulting, real estate transactions and mortgage consulting.
Mr. Shah's success stems from the upbringing he received from his parents. After persevering through the hardships of learning new customs, refining language skills and trying to survive economically after moving the United States from India, Nikunj's father instilled in him the refusal to ever give up. Nikunj also learned that Karma is more than a philosophy, but rather a way of life. This is why he is always incredibly helpful to others.
Entrepreneurial skills have been a part of his life. His father had his own business when he was a child and by the age of 16 Nikunj had started his own business selling imported merchandise to local convenience stores in India. After moving to the United States in 1999, his family opened their first kiosk in the mall selling incense and aroma candle products in 2000.
During his educational career, he earned his Real Estate and Undergraduate degree from Temple University, where he graduated with Honors and a Magna Cum Laude GPA. Nikunj is also a Certified Tax Preparer and Commercial Mortgage Consultant. Mr. Shah is currently continuing his education as an MBA student at Rutgers University. He is the Founder, Secretary and VP of the Planet Cricket Club. Nikunj is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He also does seminars on home buying, mortgages and home selling.
