Blanca Commercial Real Estate Expands Firm with Andres del Corral and Alexander Cahlin
With the addition of two new associates, the firm enters its third year in operation as one of the most active commercial real estate services firms in South Florida.
COCONUT GROVE, FL, July 14, 2011 /Real Estate PR News/ -- Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate is expanding its team of professionals with the addition of Associate Andres del Corral and Junior Associate Alexander Cahlin. The team's growth will enable the firm to continue to expand its advisory services in landlord representation, tenant representation, land sales and investment sales.
The new hires come as the firm enters its third year in operation as one of the most active commercial real estate services firms in South Florida, having advised its clients in the completion of lease transactions valued at more than $230 million and including the leasing of more than 700,000 square feet of office space in the past eighteen months. Blanca Commercial Real Estate currently advises the owners in the marketing and leasing efforts of three of the region's top class-A, trophy assets: 1450 Brickell office tower, One Park Square at Doral, and 396 Alhambra in Coral Gables. The firm has also represented some of the market's most prestigious office tenants, including Telefonica USA, Telefonica International Wholesale Services, Inc., Ascendant Commercial Insurance, and Discovery Latin America (as local co-broker).
As Associate, Andres del Corral will assist the firm's lead brokers in various leasing and disposition assignments. Mr. Del Corral joins Blanca Commercial Real Estate after having served as a development associate at South Florida real estate development firm Rilea Group, where he assisted the company's CEO in marketing, leasing, property management, construction execution, and public relations. He earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Boston University and a master's degree in business administration with a focus in commercial real estate from Florida International University.
As Junior Associate, Alexander Cahlin will support the firm's tenant representation practice, with market research and financial analysis. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Cahlin worked at 20th Century Fox Television in Chicago, Illinois as a producer's assistant. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration/finance from the University of Florida's Warrington School of Business.
