Further to the south, Taylor Morrison took top honors in the Lee Building Industry Association's Parade of Homes, winning two of the 13 Superior Home Awards. The Ibis model in the Fort Myers community of Tortuga won awards for best landscaping, best kitchen and bath, best livability and best interior design. The Sandpiper model at the nearby Estero Preserve was awarded kudos for best exterior, best kitchen and bath, best interior design and best outdoor living.
