Builder Of Premier Adult Communities in Florida Unveils New Model Homes At Solivita(TM)
Avatar Properties, builder of several retirement villages in Orlando, announces the release of 10 new model homes in Solivita. One of the top adult communities in Florida, Solivita's model interiors reflect the Younger Next Year Community(TM) philosophy.

The Torino model, a 3/2 home, debuted as part of the Destination Italy series. The design of this model showcases the residents' love for art, as one of the bedrooms has been converted into an artist's studio.
In the Destination Morocco series, the Tangier, a 2/2 home, features a design theme for the couple who appreciates the great outdoors. The Casablanca, also a 2/2 home, is designed to accommodate residents who are incredibly active, social and competitive in sporting activities. The Safi model is a 3/2 home, designed to pay homage to an esteemed member of the Red Hat Society.
In the Destination France series, the Corsica is a 2/2 home, which features a design theme based around a couple who moved to Solivita from the Louisiana Bayou. The Cannes model, a 3/3 home, was designed to accommodate some of Solivita's most social residents. The Marseille model, a 2/2.5 home, features a design theme based on the residents' love of reading and writing.
Lastly, in the Destination Spain series, the design of the Aragon model, a 3/3.5 home, has been set up in preparation for a poker game. The Madrid model is a 4/3 home, which was designed to accentuate the resident's love for wine. Finally, the Cordoba model, which is the largest new model with nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, was designed with some of Solivita's most active residents in mind, and even includes a home gym.
