Three Property Sales in Three Weeks for Gibraltar's Ocean Village Marina

In 2010 a handful of apartments in Gibraltar's Ocean Village marina were released back to the market. Seven sold within the first week meanwhile, across a three week period in 2011, a further three properties have been snapped up. Why? Location.
