Will Smith helped create the Developer Code of Conduct for The City of Calgary

At Smith to the Power of 100, Mr. Smith manages business operations and projects, negotiates contracts, and maintains facilities. He works on both Greenfield and Brownfield developments, as well as LEED projects. Using scalable resources and maintaining a strong relationship with the architectural and design communities, he is able to assemble project specific teams that capture the needs of the individual client. Mr. Smith is also leading the company's expansion throughout Canada, the United States and Asia. With 30 years of industry experience, he has an extensive background in project, construction, and development management, in the creation of client-centric programs in Canada and the United States.
In 1980, Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Waterloo. He holds a gold seal certification in construction management and helped create the Developer Code of Conduct for The City of Calgary. He is affiliated with Calgary Economic Development, the Institute of Store Planners and the International Facility Management Association. Mr. Smith also serves on the board of directors for the Calgary Petroleum Club and Theatre Calgary.
Serving clients throughout North American and Asia, Smith to the Power of 100 maintains three Canadian offices located in Calgary, Toronto, and Vancouver with plans to open an international office in 2011 in China.
