Terry Van Wettering celebrates 25 years working with buyers and sellers in Central California
STOCKTON, CA, March 5, 2010, Terry Van Wettering, Broker Associate at AmeriStrong Realty, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate.
As a Broker Associate at AmeriStrong Realty, Ms. Van Wettering is responsible for successfully marketing properties for sellers and working with buyers in finding and negotiating the best price on their ideal home. In addition, she is responsible for mentoring and training new agents. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, she hopes to help people avoid foreclosure and education them on their options and assist buyers in proper negotiations on short sales and REO's.
Ms. Van Wettering received her Associate of Arts Degree in English from El Camino College in 1972. She then began a career in banking and worked up from teller to branch manager. Along the way, she gained experience in mortgage lending and finance. She attributes her many successes to her tenacity, caring nature and to being a people person.
She is a member of the Lodi Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. In addition, she is a Platinum Member of Home Sellers Assist.
