Mary Cubelo-Hinton Honored for Accomplishments in Real Estate
Mary Cubelo-Hinton was named in the top two percent of realtors by the National Association of Realtors

Ms. Cubelo-Hinton's interest in real estate developed when she purchased her first condominium and house at the young age of 18. Since then, she has accumulated almost 20 years in the industry and started her own company, Sun Crest Florida Properties LLC. Well-known in the Orlando, Fla. area, she assists banks and investors with their real estate needs. Her daily responsibilities include marketing and managing properties, overseeing the professional development of agents, and evicting residents of foreclosed properties with the local sheriff. She specializes in bank foreclosures, loss mitigation, short sales and distressed property.
The National Association of Realtors recognized Ms. Cubelo-Hinton as being in the top two percent of realtors in America. She was also named as one of the Top 100 Realtors in Orlando Magazine and is the recipient of the President Circle and Inner Circle Awards. After attending the Graduate Realtor Institute, she became certified as a commercial real estate specialist, commercial luxury home specialist, and relocation specialist, as well as a licensed realtor and broker. Her many professional affiliations include the Realtors Association of Citrus County and the Great Orlando Association of Realtors. Ms. Cubelo-Hinton hopes to open an asset management company in the future.
